摘要 设计并构建了基于LabVIEW的继电器触头电寿命试验及电流、电压采样和后处理虚拟仪器装置,完成了AgSnO2、AgNi10、AgNi0.15三种触点材料在灯负载、阻性负载、感性负载条件下的电寿命试验及数据检测。实时采集到了触头寿命过程中的分断/闭合电流、电压波形。 A PC-DAQ data acquisition system was built with the technique of LabVIEW virtual instrument. The system was applied to sample, display and store the current and voltage waveforms obtained from the contact endurance tests. The electrical contact endurance tests were performed under the resistive, lamp and inductive load at 14VDC respectively with the contact materials AgSnO2, AgNi10 and AgNi0.15. The real-time braking/making current and voltage waveforms were sampled and stored during the contact endurance.
