摘要
针对汽车电气系统的电压从现在的14V升到42V后,汽车继电器触头间电弧的能量增加,燃弧时间变长,以电磁式汽车继电器为本体,设计了一个以单片机为核心,电力电子器件为执行元件的无弧通断控制模块,建立并优化了时序逻辑模型。实验证明,该控制模块可实现42V混合式汽车继电器的无弧通断功能,且具有实时检测、报警功能和高可靠性、智能化、便于优化的特点。
Aiming at automobile electric system voltage needs to be promoted from 14 to 42 VDC, making the energy of the electric arc increase and the arc duration lengthen for automobile relay, a non-arc make-and-break control module was proposed. This control module uses PIC chip as the core and the power electronic device as execution elements. The sequential logic model was established and optimized. The experiment proved that the module can satisfy the function of non-arc switching for the 42 V hybrid automobile relay, with real-time detecting and alarming function, and the control module also has the advantage of high reliability, intelligentizing and being convenient for optimizing.
