设计了一种固态继电器测试仪。介绍了测试仪的工作原理、电源电路和同步脉冲电路,并给出了测试仪的具体电路。该测试仪可检测固态继电器各参数和工作特性,确保生产的继电器满足质量要求。
A testing device for solid state relay was designed. The work principle, circuits of power supply and synchronous pulse of testing device were introduced, and typical circuit of testing device was given. The testing device can inspect parameters and run characteristic of solid state relay, ensuring produced relay to meet quality demand.
