摘要
以糯米糍荔枝为材料,研究了冬季花芽诱导期间叶片叶绿素含量、叶面腊质层厚度、叶片厚度及内部显微超微结构的变化。结果表明,糯米糍荔枝结果母枝老熟后,伴随营养生长转向生殖生长,叶片绿色逐渐减退,叶绿素含量降低;叶片厚度虽无明显变化,但其上下表皮和维管束细胞壁自发荧光加强,表明该组织木质化加强;叶肉细胞叶绿体内有大量的淀粉粒,并在花芽诱导期间增多增大。海绵组织较栅栏组织淀粉积累早且更为丰富。
Nuomicicultivar (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) was used as material to investigate the changes in leaf color , chlorophyll content and inner structure during flower induction in winter. The results indicated that, the dark green leaves turned light green, and the concentration of chlorophylls decreased with the transition from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. The thickness of leaves hardly changed, but the auto-fluorescence of the cell walls of the epidermis and vascular bundle was stronger. There were many starch granules in the chloroplasts of the mesophyll cells, and their number and size increased during flower induction. The starch granules accumulated earlier in the sponge tissue than in palisade tissue.
