摘要
目的:通过动物实验研究,观察比较X线、ECT、MRI对于早期股骨头缺血坏死的诊断意义,提高早期股骨头缺血坏死的早期诊断率。材料方法:以5组(每组4只)共20只成年犬,手术结扎一侧股骨头所有滋养动脉,观察术后3天、7天、14天、30天及45天的影像学改变。结果:X线仅在术后45天组中有2只犬有片状低密度改变。ECT仅提示股骨头血液灌注不良。MRI在术后7天就发现有点状低信号改变。结论:MRI、ECT均比普通X线敏感,而MRI是诸方法中最敏感的。
PURPOSE:To know and compare the diagnosal significance for early-stage ANFH by X-rays, ECT and MRI examination, and to improve the rate of diagnosis for early-stage ANFH; MATRIAL AND METHOD:20 adult dogs divided into 5 group(4 each group) were used. All the nutrient arteries of either side of femoral head were ligated by surgery. Then we observed the imaging changes after 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days and 45 days;RESULT:Low-density patchy shadow could be seen in X-rays films in only 2 dogs after 45 days. ECT examination only indicated the malinfusion of blood of invoved femoral head, while 7 days postoperation spotted low signal could be found in MRI;CONCLUSION:MRI and ECT are more sensitive than X-ray film in detecting ANFH, and MRI is the most sensitive way of the three.
