VxWorks is at the leading position in the field of real-time operation systems. The traits of PCI and VxWorks operation system in hardware management are introduced. The contents of the hardware driver based on PCI bus are analyzed, and the practical implementation of the hardware driver based on PCI bus in VxWorks Operation System is summarized.
