不同类型黄瓜嫁接后的生长、光合及品质特性 被引量:4

The growth,photosynthesis and fruit quality of different type cucumber varieties grafted on to pumpkin seedlings

摘要 将欧洲型黄瓜品种春秋王和华南型品种沪杂6号分别嫁接到南瓜品种中原共生Z101和圣砧三号砧木上,在设施栽培条件下,对嫁接组合和相应自根苗的生长、光合特性和果实品质进行了研究。结果表明:嫁接苗株高的增长量明显高于自根苗,春秋王嫁接组合春/中和春/圣之间株高差异不明显,而沪杂6号嫁接组合沪/圣的株高明显高于沪/中;叶片叶绿素含量及光合速率都高于自根苗;以圣砧三号为砧木的两个嫁接组合果实中的可溶性蛋白含量都高于相应的自根苗;可溶性糖含量除春秋王/圣砧三号外,其他嫁接组合都高于自根苗;所有嫁接组合果实中的Vc含量都比自根苗有所降低,即黄瓜嫁接后植株的生长势都明显增强。不同类型黄瓜品种嫁接的砧木不同,植株生长势和果实中营养含量有不同程度的差异。 The 2 cucumber varieties,Europe-type"Chunqiuwang" and South China-type"Huza 6",were grafted respectively on the two pumpkin rootstocks of Zhongyuangongsheng Z101 and Shengzhen 3,and the growth,photosynthesis and fruit quality of the 4 grafting combinations were studied under greenhouse.The results showed that the plant height increment of grafted cucumber was obviously higher than that of self-root cucumber.Among the grafting combinations,the plant height had no obvious difference between Chunqiuwang/Zhongyuangongsheng Z101 and Chunqiuwang/Shengzhen 3,and the plant height of Huza 6/Shengzhen 3 was obviously higher than that of Huza 6/Zhongyuangongsheng Z101.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of grafted cucumber were higher than those of self-root cucumber.The soluble protein content in fruits of the two grafting combinations with the rootstock of Shengzhen 3 was higher than that of self-root cucumber,and the soluble sugar content in the grafting combinations except Chunqiuwang/Shengzhen 3 was higher than that of self-root cucumber,but the vitamin C content in fruits of all the grafting combinations was somewhat lower than that of self-root cucumber.Therefore,the growth vigor of grafted cucumber obviously improved and there were some differences in the plant growth vigor and nutritious substance content of fruit among different type cucumber varieties grafted on different rootstocks.
