摘要
探讨3种浓度敌克松对水稻机插秧盘土壤进行消毒后,对机插秧苗生长的影响。结果表明:应用敌克松在机插秧育秧进行盘土消毒,对绵霉菌(Achlyaspp.)、镰刀菌(Fusariumspp.)及立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)的控制效果较好。但高浓度的敌克松对水稻根系及地上部分的生长有明显的抑制作用,最佳使用浓度为稀释3 000倍液。
Disinfection of soil in rice seedling trays was carried out with three concentrations of fenaminosulf in order to test its effect on the growth of mechanically transplanted rice seedlings.The results showed that the effect of soil disinfection with fenaminosulf on controlling Achlya spp.,Fusarium spp.and Rhizoctonia solani,was quite good,but a high concentration of fenaminosulf had an obvious inhibiting effect on the growth of rice roots and aerial parts.The higher the concentration of fenaminosulf,the more evident the inhibiting effect and the longer the inhibiting time and so the slower the recovery of the seedlings.The optimum concentration of fenaminosulf for soil disinfection was 3 000-fold dilution.
