摘要
简要论述了提升人才国际化水平的重要性,分析了当前人才素质与国际化要求的差距及其成因,提出了加速提升人才国际化水平的对策措施。
The paper briefly discussed the importance of enhancing the internalionalization level of talent,then analyzed the gap between the quality of talent at prensent and the requirement of internationalization and the contributing factors,and lastly put forward some ways and means to quickly improve the internationalization level of talent.
