摘要
在解读"以人为本"哲学含义的基础上,论述了"以人为本"是科研院(所)人事人才工作的主线和灵魂,并就如何坚持和体现"以人为本"提出了若干的思路与对策。
Based on unscrambling the philosophy of people-oriented view,this article elucidates that people-oriented view is the masterstroke and soul of research institutions＇ personnel work,and also puts forward some thought and strategies how to incarnate and adhere to people-oriented view.
