摘要
以5种不同品种玫瑰为试验材料,从中筛选出适宜试管内开花的品种。以改良MS为基本培养基,加不同浓度比率的6-BA,IBA和NAA,研究不同品种玫瑰诱导开花最适的培养基配方、花芽的诱导、花朵的完整和开花周期。结果表明:1号白花品种在改良培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L中诱导最佳;2号红花品种在培养基MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L中诱导效果最佳;5号红花微型玫瑰品种在培养基MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L中诱导最佳。
Five varieties of Rosa rugosa were used as experimental materials in order to select several varieties suited to blooming within test tube.The improved MS was used as a basic medium,and the effects of adding different concentrations of 6-BA,IBA and NAA on the flower bud induction,flower integrity and efflorescence of the varieties were studied.The results showed that the varieties with a rather high rate of flower formation were no.1 white flower variety,no.2 red flower variety and no.5 red flower variety,and their optimal media were respectively the improved MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.1+ 0.1 mg/L NAA,MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,and MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA 0.1+ 0.1 mg/L NAA.
