采用柱前将样品进行甲酯-乙酰酯衍生化，用交联SE-52玻璃毛细管气相色谱法测定鹅去氧胆酸的含量。对方法的重现性、灵敏度、准确度、线性范围等指标进行考察，结果满意。分析时间小于20min。其平均回收率为99．9％，RSD为0．72％。
