摘要
昆虫病原线虫储存困难是目前应用线虫作为生物杀虫剂的一大障碍,本文比较了不同温度、不同储备方法、载体不同湿度对线虫存活和质量的影响,为大田应用提供参考。结果表明,温度与线虫的存活、毒力呈负相关。载体的湿度与线虫的存活呈正相关。若洗净线虫,载体有90%以上的含水量,线虫在较高的温度下(28~30℃)仍能存活15~25天,且质量较好。
The difficulty of storage is the recent obstruction in the utilization of entomopathogenic nematodes,as bioinsecticides.In this article,the effects of temperatures,storage methods and moisture of carrier on the survival and quality of nematodes are compared.The results showed that there was negative relation between the survival as well as infectivity of nematodes and temperatures,positive relation between nematodes survival and carrier temperatures. After cleaning nematodes,the nematodes survived for 15 ̄ 25 days when the moisture of carrier was 90%, and the temperature was 28 ̄30 ℃,the qulity of nematodes was better also.
