摘要
研究日粮中添加不同油籽对绵羊瘤胃内容物和体组织脂肪酸组成的影响。试验1选用4只体重接近、装有永久性瘘管公羊(无角陶赛特×小尾寒羊),进行4×4拉丁方试验,定量饲喂对照组日粮和含花生仁(PS)、亚麻籽(LS)、葵花籽(SS)3种不同破碎油籽的日粮。结果表明:日粮添加不同油籽对绵羊瘤胃发酵功能没有影响,但添加油籽后提高了瘤胃内容物中cis-9,trans-11-C18:2t、rans-11-C18:1的含量;试验2选用体重(18.4±0.7)kg生长期公羊(小尾寒羊)16只,随机分为4组,分别饲喂与试验1相同组分的日粮,结果表明:日粮添加不同油籽提高了绵羊背最长肌、皮下脂肪中cis-9,trans-11-C18:2t、rans-11-C18:1的含量,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);但trans-10,cis-12-C18:2的含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);饲喂亚麻籽日粮的绵羊体组织含有较多n-3氢化多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA);体组织中Δ9-脱氢酶活性各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮添加不同破碎油籽可以有效提高绵羊瘤胃内容物中trans-11-C18:1含量和体组织中cis-9,trans-11-C18:2、trans-11-C18:1含量,对体组织中Δ9-脱氢酶活性影响不大。
This experiment was aimed to study the effects of different poly-unsaturated fatty acid sources on the fatty acid composition of ruminal contents and tissue in sheep. Experiment 1 was set up in a 4 × 4 Latin square design using four male lambs (Poll Dorset × Small Tailed Han) with permanent ruminal cannulas and similar body weights. The lambs were supplied with one of the following diets: control diets and three other diets, containing different crushed oil seeds - peanut seeds (PS), linseed seeds (LS) and sunflower seeds (SS). The results showed that the different oil seed supplements had no effects on ruminal fermentation functions, but increased the contents of cis-9, trans-11-C18:2 and trans-11-C18:1 in the rumen. In experiment 2, we used 16 male lambs (Small Tailed Han) with an average body weight of (18.4± 0.7)kg, divided randomly into four groups. Each group was supplied with one of the diets used in experiment 1. The results showed that different oil seed supplements significantly ( P 〈 0.05) improved the contents of cis-9, trans-11-C18:2 and trans-11-C18:1 in the Iongissimus muscle and subcutaneous fat of the lambs but there was no significant change in the contents of trans-10, cis-12-C18:2 among groups( P〉 0.05). Tissues of lambs supplied with linseeds contained more n-3 PUFA; the activity of△^9 _ desaturase in each group was insignificant( P〉 0.05). Different oil seeds supplementations in the diets increased trans-11-C18:1 in the rumen and cis-9, trans-11-C18: 2 and trans-11-C18: 1 in tissues, but the effect on △9-desaturase activity was negligible.
