摘要
应用微波催化技术制备固体酒精,考察了硬脂酸和氢氧化钠的最佳配比、辐射时间以及微波功率等因素。确定的优化条件:微波功率530W、辐射时间10min、硬脂酸和氢氧化钠的最佳配比为5∶1。在此条件下制备固体酒精,反应时间由1h缩短为10min。制得的固体酒精均匀透明,100g固体酒精可持续燃烧90min,燃烧后剩余残渣仅为2.15%。结果表明,该方法是一种快速有效的制备固体酒精的方法。
Microwave catalytic technology was studied for preparation of solid alcohol. The effects of microwave power, irradiation time, stearic acid and sodium hydroxide dosage were examined. The best conditions were microwave power 530 W, irradiation time 10 min, respectively , the best ratio of stearic acid and sodium hydroxide dosage was 5: 1. Under these condltions,the reaction time was reduced from 1 h to 10 minutes. The solld alcohol of 100 g burns in solid state continuously for 90 minutes, combustion residue remaining only 2. 15%. The result showed that the microwave catalytic was a rapidly and effectively method for preparation of solid alcohol.
