高压液相法测定双氢苯苷氨酸甲基邓钠盐中α-苯苷氨酸含量

Determination of the Content of L-(+)α-Phenylglycine in L-Dihydrophenylglycine Sodium Salt(methyl) by HPLC

双氢苯苷氨酸甲基邓钠盐中α-苯苷氨酸残余含量在高压液相色谱条件下进行检测。采用ODS-C18柱。线性范围是2～80μg/mL,平均回收率在101.79%～102.54%,RSD为0.17%。此方法简单、快速、准确。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of the L- （＋） α-Phenylglycine and related substances in L-Dihydrophenylglycine sodium salt （methyl）. The spherisorb CL8 column was used. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2-80μg/mL. The average recovery was 101.79%-102.54% with RSD of 0.17%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
