主动外排系统介导的乳中双歧杆菌耐药性的确证 被引量:1

摘要 了解双歧杆菌对环丙沙星的耐药关系,确证其耐药机制——外排系统的存在。对双歧杆菌标准菌株和从酸奶中分离的4株双歧杆菌菌株进行环丙沙星的耐药性试验,从中筛选出耐药菌株,再用质子泵抑制剂2,4-二硝基酚结合荧光分光光度法检测了耐药菌株和标准菌株对环丙沙星的摄取情况。通过对比2,4-二硝基酚存在与否菌体对环丙沙星的摄取量变化,从而确证了双歧杆菌外排系统的存在。实验表明:双歧杆菌有外排系统作用介导的对环丙沙星耐药的机制。 To investigate the relationship between Bifidobacterium and ciprofloxacin, and active efflux system in mechanism of Bifidobacterium drug resistance. 4 Bifidobacterium were isolated from yogurt, then the resistivity of different Bifidobacterium to ciprofloxacin were detected and resistant of Bifidobacterium were choosed. Intaking of ciprofloxacin was detected by DNP-fluorospectrophotometry in Bifidobacterium strains. The existence of active efflux system in Bifidobacterium were corroborated by compared the intaking of ciprofloxacin in Bifidobacterium. There may be an active efflux system to ciprofloxacin exists in Bifidobacterium.
