近距离薄煤层综采覆岩移动及其与支架相互作用关系研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章以落陵煤矿近距薄煤层18上开采设计为背景,在总结该井地层特征和开采历史条件的基础上,通过相似模拟实验,对18上煤层开采过程中的矿压显现特征、覆岩移动规律进行了分析,研究了综采支架与围岩相互作用关系以及初期来压和周期来压后工作面附近顶板破断情况;通过FLAC3D数值模拟,讨论了薄煤层开采过程中顶、底板支承压力分布规律,并验证了相似材料模拟实验结果。 Base on the back ground of the coal mining design for No. 18 Up thin seam with a close distance to other seam in Luoling Mine and base on the summarization of the strata features and the mining historical conditions of the mine, with the similar simulation test, the paper analyzed the mine strata behavior features and strata movement law during the coal mining in No. 18 Up seam. The paper researched the mutual function relationship between the hydraulic powered supports and the surrounding rocks and researched the roof breakings near the coal mining face after the initial pressurized period and periodical pressurized period. With the FLAC3D numerical simulation, the paper discussed the support pressure distribution laws of the roof and floor during the coal mining in the thin seam and proved the results of the similar material simulation test.
