摘要 研究利用超声波提取仙人掌中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。实验考察超声功率、超声提取时间、料液比及提取剂浓度4个单因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素的基础上进行正交实验。实验结果表明,各因素影响程度依次为:超声功率、料液比、乙醇提取浓度和超声萃取时间;4个因素对黄酮提取率的影响都极显著。总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:提取剂乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为3:100,超声功率为400 W,超声时间10 min。 To study the optimum ultrasonic extraction condition of flavone from cactus, we detected extration rate of cactus flavone under different level of four factors which including ultrasonic power, extraction time, ethanol concentration and ratio of raw material and solution. The results showed that the influence degree were ultrasonic power, ratio of raw material and solution, ethanol concentration and extraction time by turns. Optimum extraction condition of ultrasonic assistant method determined by orthogonal experiment was as follows: the elcohol concentration was 60%, the amount of the solvent was 100 mL/3.0 g cactus powder, extraction time was 10 minutes, and ultrasonic power was 400 W.
