摘要
历练培训是将国际上流行的"历奇为本辅导"同青年培训结合起来形成的一种新的培训模式,即根据不同的培训对象、培训目的、培训要求,精心设计学员感兴趣的培训程序,使学员通过亲身经历,分析问题,解决问题,从而达到总结提高的目的。
The training with experience and practice is a new kind of training mode that combines training on the youth with the internationally popular idea, "teaching by experiencing the unknown subjects". That is, according to different subjects, aims, requirements, we can design different training programs preferred by learners, and help them analyze and solve problems through their own experiences, so as to help them make progress.
