浅析我国的社区文化建设

社区文化是社区的灵魂,建设优秀的社区文化对于社区的发展具有重要的作用。为此,在社区建设的大潮中,社区文化建设脱颖而出。自20世纪90年代以来,我国在推动社区建设的同时,不断强调社区精神文明建设,加强社区文化建设。然而由于种种因素,我国在社区文化建设过程中出现了许多问题,社区文化发展不平衡、社区文化工作者队伍建设滞后等问题严重困扰着我国社区文化事业的进一步发展。借鉴国内外社区文化建设的相关经验,提高我国社区文化发展的水平十分重要。

Community culture is the soul to a community. Construction of excellent community culture is significant to the development of the community. Since the 1990s, while promoting the construction of communities, we have been continuously emphasizing the construction of spiritual civilization in communities and strengthening cultural construction. However, due to various elements, many problems have appeared during the course of cuhuml construction, such as imbalance of cultural development and the delay of the development of cultural working staff in communities, which are hindering our community culture from further developing. Therefore, it is important to promote the development of our community culture by referring the experience of community cultural construction from abroad.
