浅谈高校团干部的“四真”与“四勤”

解决好共青团干部的思想与工作方法是做好青年思想工作的一个基础,"四真"与"四勤"就是针对团干部的特点和要求加以概括和总结的,它不仅是对共青团干部的思想道德修养上的要求,也是一种工作方法和行为方式上的要求。只有树立正确的"青年观"和"工作观",并把"四真"和"四勤"有机地结合起来,才能做好青年工作。

The Youth League leaders＇ ways of thinking and working is one of the basics in setting a standard of the young people＇s ideology. ＂Sincerity in Four Aspects＂ and ＂Diligence in Four Aspects＂ are summarized in accordance with the leaders＇ character istics and requirements for them. They are not only the standards of ideology and morality but also of working methods and social behaviors. The youth work can be done successfully only if proper ＂youth values＂ and ＂working outlook＂ are established with a combination of ＂Sincerity in Four Aspects＂ and ＂Diligence in Fonr Aspects＂.
