On the New Development of Some Basic Elements in the Ideological and Political Education——Taking the Practice of College Counselors as a Perspective

在新形势下,要全面提高思政教育对高校整体工作的导引力度,就必须对思想政治教育若干要素的发展与演进有新的认识。教育目标、教育者、受教育者、教育内容、教育方式、教育环境等各种要素都要演进,才能适应形势发展的新要求,为党的总任务和总目标的实现提供行动配合和智力支持。全面认识思想政治教育若干基本要素新的变化,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作、尤其是形成思想政治教育工作合力有巨大的作用,更有利于推动高校辅导员工作的全面发展。

Under the new circumstances, in order to s）Tengthen the ideological and political education in the guidance of the in- tegrity work, colleges must have a new acknowledgement of the new development and evolution in some factors of the ideological and political education. Such variations as education goals, educators, the educated, education contents, modes and environment must he improved to adapt themselves to the new requirement of the developing situation, cooperating in actions and supporting in intellectual realization of the Party＇s general tasks and aims. A clear comprehension of some educational factors of the ideals and their new changes is more favorable to promote the overall development of college counselor＇s work, with a great function in strengthening and improving ideological and political education of college students, especially in forming joint forces of the relevant work.
