新形势高校辅导员的工作职能不断拓展,主要表现在心理健康教育、网络思想政治教育、就业指导、贫困生教育工作、创新教育等方面。工作职能的拓展对辅导员的素质提出了新的要求:必须掌握心理健康教育知识,具备开展网络思想政治教育的能力,能够有效开展就业指导工作,能够耐心细致地做好贫困生教育工作,具备开展创新教育的能力。

In the new situation, the professional roles of the university counselors are constantly expanding, which is shown in the education of psychology, online net-working ideology and politics, career guidance, poor students management and innovation. The developing occupational functions requires higher standards for the qualities of counselors： ① to master the knowledge of psycho logical education, ② to obtain the ability of carrying out online ideological and political education, ③ to be able to give effective career guidance, ④ to instruct poor students patiently and carefully, and ⑤to have the capability of innovative education.
