椒江区实施结核病防治规划（2001—2010年）中期效果

Jiaojiang District TB Control Program （2001 - 2010）, mid-term results

目的了解台州市椒江区实施《全国结核病防治规划（2001—2010年）》中期目标的达标情况。方法建立政府领导，有关部门配合，全社会参与的结核病防治体系。设立区结核病防治中心，建立区、街道（镇）、村三级防痨网。结果2001—2005年，结核病控制覆盖率100％；新发涂阳肺结核登记率11．22／10万-28．70／10万，新发涂阳发现率75．5％；累计涂阳595例，规划指标完成率119％；新发涂阳治愈率为76．92％-93．48％；专项经费41．29万元，到位率100％；专职人员到位率33．33％；医院转诊肺结核2229例，转诊率100％，2005年转诊到位率90％。结论该区已建立现代结核病防治体系；实现结核病防治规划中期目标：诊、治、管一体化服务是一种可行的有效结核病防治模式。

Objective To further understand the prevalence of tuberculosis in the Jiaojiang district of Taizhou in the implementation of the ＂National TB Control Program （2001 -2010）＂ the medlum-term goal of reaching targets. Methods The relevant documents were accessed and reviewed and field surveys and statistical analyses were conducted. Results The establishment of the government leadership, relevant departments and the society as a whole have been involved in the program to implement the TB control system. The establishment of the District TB Prevention Center, the establishment of street （ town）, and the village have become the three tuberculosis control network. 2001 -2005. Modern TB control strategy was conducted with the coverage rate of 100% in the district. The new smear positive tuberculosis registration rate was 11.22/100,000 - 28. 70/100,000. ha 2005 the new 3603 cases were found with the rate being 75.5%. A total of 595 cases were smear-posltive. The planning target completion rate was 119% and the new cure rate was 76. 92% 93.48%. A special fund of 412,900 yuan was in place with the rate of 100%. Full-time staff in place rate was 33.33%. Hospital referral eases were 2,229 with the referral rate being 100%, and the referral place in 2005 achieved 90%. Conclusion The area has been the establishment of a modern system of tuberculosis control system. The TB control program has achieved the medium - term objectives. The combination of clinics and control integration services is a viable and effective model in TB control.
