注射用盐酸氨溴索(兰苏)祛痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价国产注射用盐酸氨溴索(兰苏)祛痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效观察。方法以沐舒坦注射液为对照药,试验组与对照组各18例,试验组给予注射用盐酸氨溴索(兰苏),每次30mg,对照组给予沐舒坦注射液,每次30mg,均为缓慢iv,每日2次,疗程7d。结果两组总有效率分别为89%和94%。两组总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论注射用盐酸氨溴索(兰苏)是一种有效的治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的祛痰药物。
