摘要
根据悬臂式掘进机水平摆动机构液压系统的原理特点,分析了主要运行参数之间的数学关系,建立了悬臂水平摆动机构的静态和动态数学模型。利用所建立的数学模型,采用计算机模拟的方法,得到了主要参数间的静态关系曲线,并分析了系统动态特性。为进一步改进系统静态性能和系统动态响应特性提供理论分析的数学基础,同时为实现程序控制或自动控制提供了实用的简化模型。
According to principle of mechanism hydraulic system of horizontal pendulum drive of the boom type roadheader, the paper analyzes the mathematical relation between main movement parameters and gives an established static state and dynamic mathematical model of the bracket horizontal pendulum drive mechanism. A static relations curve of the main movement parameter is given by means of computer simulation and by an established mathematical model, and the system dynamic characteristic analyzed. The paper provides mathematical foundation of the theoretical analysis for further improvement in the sys- tem static state performance and the system dynamic response characteristic, and what is more, offers the practical simplification model for realizing procedure control or the automatic control.
