摘要 目的观察不同剂量大豆异黄酮(soy isoflavones,SIF)对慢性肾损害大鼠肾功能的影响。方法采用腺嘌呤灌喂方法建立实验大鼠肾损害的模型,按大鼠体重大小进行编号,随机分为3组,每组9只。其中对照组给予同等量花生油灌喂,SIF小剂量组给予SIF6 mg/(kg.d)灌喂,SIF大剂量组给予SIF12 mg/(kg.d)灌喂。观察实验开始即日和第42天大鼠血尿素氮、血清肌酐水平及尿蛋白排泄量的变化。结果SIF治疗组在第42天时血尿素氮、血清肌酐水平下降,尿蛋白排泄量减少,各项指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SIF不同剂量组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量SIF(6 mg/kg.d-1)就可起到稳定肾损害大鼠肾功能的作用。 Objective To study the effects of different doses of soy isoflavone on renal function in rats with chronic renal damage. Methods The rat model of chronic renal damage was induced with adenine diet in 27 rats. The rat models were then number according to their body weight and were randomly divided into 3 equal groups: rats in the control group were given partes aequales arachuis oil at the same dosage, those in the low dose SIF group were given SIF at a dosage of 6 mg/(kg·d) and in the high dose SIF group were given SIF at a dosage of 12 mg/(kg·d). The level of BU, Scr and UPE were observed and compared between the 3 groups before treatment and 42 days after chronic renal damage inducement. Results The levels of BU, Scr and UPE in the two SIF groups were decreased on 42 days compared with those in the control group( P 〈0.05);and there were no significant difference between the 2 SIF groups( P 〉0.05). Conclusion SIF at a low dosage(6 mg/kg ·d^-1 )can protect renal function in rats with renal damage.
