重型颅脑损伤双侧瞳孔散大患者的救护体会

Experiences with Management of Severe Craniocerebral Injury with Bilateral Dilated Pupils

报道了1998年1月至2006年12月救治的90例重型颅脑损伤双侧瞳孔散大患者。笔者认为通过积极准备抢救物品,能保证抢救工作及时有效;保持呼吸道通畅,降低颅内压,维持循环稳定,迅速完成术前准备,是抢救患者的重要保障;分工协作,有条不紊,及时发现病情变化,可以使患者得到及时有效的救护。

The authors report their experience on management of 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injuries and bilateral dilated pupils between January 1998 and December 2006. Rigorous preparation of the instruments and medicines may ensure timely and effective rescue of the patients, and maintenance of unobstructed airway way, lowering the intracranial pressure, stabilizing the circulation and rapid preoperative preparation were keys to effective rescue. Well coordinated operations and timely detection of the changes of the patient＇s condition may ensure the timely and effective emergency management of the patients.
