晚期糖基化终末产物与高血压病早期肾功能损害的关系

摘要 目的:探讨晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)与高血压病(EH)早期肾功能损害的关系。方法:分别用放免法、ELISA法测量尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、AGEs水平,100例高血压病患者(mALB正常组42例,mALB异常组58例)和正常对照组41例,比较各组之间血清AGEs、尿mALB水平和各指标之间相关分析。结果:与对照组比较,EH mALB正常组、EH mALB异常组血清AGEs显著增高(P<0.001);EH患者AGEs与mALB、SBP、PP呈正相关;AGEs是高血压早期肾功能损害的独立危险因素。结论:AGEs在高血压病早期肾功能损害的过程中起到重要作用。 Objective : To explore the relationship between advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs)and early renal damage in patients with essential hypertension(EH). Method:The serum AGEs with enzyme immunoassay method (ELISA) and urinary microalbumin with radioimmunoassay methods were measured. The subjects were categorized into two groups :41 apparently healthy people (control group) and 100 patients with EH (EH group). The patients were categorized into 58 EH with abnormal microalbuminuria (mALB) group and 42 EH with normal mALB group. Result :Serum AGEs levels were higher in patients with or without renal damage compared to apparently healthy men (P〈0. 001). Increase in serum AGEs levels was significantly associated with SBP. PP and urinary mALB levels. Stepwise regression showed that AGEs was the independent risk factor on EH with renaldamage. Conclusion:AGEs play a pivotal role in pathogenesis of renal damage in essential hypertension.
