摘要
本研究应用 D—氨基半乳糖(D—GLaN)诱发大鼠急性肝损害动物模型,动态观察血浆肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Nectosis Faxtor,TNF,x_1)、血清 F 蛋白(F—prorein,FP,x_2)、总胆红素(SB,x_3)以及凝血酶原时间(PT,x_4)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT,x_5)五项指标,简称"x 五因子"。同时行肝组织病理学检查,该检查结果经图象数字转换仪定量化,以表示急性肝损害程度(y)。将 x 五因子含量与急性肝损害程度进行多元线性相关及回归分析并求出回归方程,y=50.89-0.111x_1+0.081x_2+0.820x_3-0.013x_5。结果:x 五因子含量与急性肝损害程度呈明显的正相关(r=0.9690)。通过回归方程可选出评价急性肝损害的最优指标。
The rat models of acute hepatic injury induced by D—Glan were applied to dynamically observe tumor necrosis factor(TNF,x_1),F-protein,(FP,x_2),SB (x_3),PT(x_4)and ALT(x_5)leveIs,the five test targets being called X-five factor,and to make liver biopsy so as to determine the degree of acute hepatic injury(Y),whose results were quantfied with picture quantizer.By multivariate linear correlation and regression analysis,there exsits a significant correlation between the levels of the X- five factor and the degree of acute hepatic injury(r=0.9690),with a multivariate linear regression equation of y=50.89—0.111x_1+0.081x_2+0.820x_3—0.013x_5.Through the regression equation,the excellent index of acute hepatic injury can be screened.
