摘要 针对扑翼实验测试的特殊要求,在原有微型飞行器风洞的基础上进行改造,设计构建了基于虚拟仪器的扑翼实验测量系统。该系统使用了高灵敏度的六分量天平,根据扑翼的特性引入了角度传感器,使力的变化与扑动角度相对应;充分利用了Labview图形化开发平台的优势,将控制与测量过程智能化。利用此系统可以对扑翼的多项性能进行测试。 According to the special requirement of the flapping-wing experiment and measurement, a flapping- wing testing system was designed and constructed, carried out by the reconstruction of the original MAV wind tunnel. The system used a high-sensitivity 6-D balances, and according to the flapping-wing experimental characteristic, a flapping angle sensor was applied to indicate the force change along with the flapping angle. Due to the advantages of the Labview graphical programming platform, the control and measurement process became easy and intelligent. This system can performing many of the flapping-wing experiment testing.
