火焰原子吸收法间接测定面粉中的滑石粉

Indirect Determination of Talcum Powder in Flour by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

建立了快速测定面粉中滑石粉的新方法。面粉样品消解成试液后，用火焰原子吸收法测定镁，并计算其中的滑石粉含量。实验结果表明，镁的线性范围为（0．04—1．00）mg／L，相关系数（r）为0．9989，检出限0．02mg／L，样品测定的RSD为（0．54％-0．74％）（n=6），加标回收率（97％-107％）。本方法快速、准确、易操作，可用于面粉及其食品中滑石粉的含量测定。

A rapid method for the determination of talcum powder in flour was developed, which based on the determination of magnesium by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the content of talcum powder can be calculated after the flour was processed to change into solution. The result shows that the linear range of Mg is （0.04 - 1.00） mg/L with a detection limit of 0.02 mg/L, the correlation coefficient （r） is 0.998 9. The method is applied to determination of magnesium in flour samples, its RSD and recovery is in the range of （0.54% -0.74% ） （n =6） and （97% -107% ）（n =6） respectively. The method is rapid, exact, operated-easily and it may be applied to determination of talcum powder in flour or/and its products.
