摘要
在球磨工艺中针对影响粉体粒度的因素进行了实验研究。结果表明:其影响因素的次序为磨机转速、球磨时间、研磨体级配、料无水乙醇球比。较佳球磨制度为:转速260 r/min,球磨时间14 h,研磨体级配1∶6,料无水乙醇球比1∶1∶1.5。
Experiment research of effects of particle size in ball-milling process is performed. The results indicate that the order of effects as follows : speed of mill, milling time, grade proportion of abrasive, ratio of material, ethanol and ball. The better ball-milling regime as follows: speed of mill is 260 r/min, milling time is 14 h, grade proportion of abrasive is 1 : 6, ratio of material, ethanol and ball is 1 : 1 : 1.5.
