摘要
内燃机耦合部件的传热研究是内燃机热负荷计算的基础,对内燃机的可靠性设计具有重要意义。对燃烧室部件活塞-缸套耦合系统的传热关系,建立了传热模型;并运用ANSYS仿真模拟软件,模拟了活塞—缸套耦合系统的瞬态传热情况。
As the basis of thermal load calculation heat transfer research has an important significance for the reliability design of internal-combustion engine. The authors The coupled heat transfer relationship have be studied thoroughly on the piston-cylinder liner of combustion chamber components, and set up the heat transfer model between them. Using the simulation software ANSYS, the transient heat transfer process of the piston-cylinder liner coupled system is simulated.
