摘要
依据小偏差法的原理,针对航空发动机的工作特点,描述如何在稳定状态下建立航空发动机的小偏差故障诊断矩阵。通过建立某型单转子涡喷发动机的小偏差故障诊断矩阵,并用发动机的实测数据验证了该故障诊断矩阵方法的有效性,小偏差法不仅具有明确的物理意义,而且使得气路故障诊断系统构造简便,对航空发动机的工厂生产试车和外场发动机维护有很大实用价值。
How to build the fault diagnosis matrix of the aero engine in the stable condition is presented based on the small deviation method. Moreover, the fault diagnosis matrix of a certain turbojet engine is built and the validity is proved by the experimental data. Not only the physical quantities have the definite meaning in the small deviation method but also the construction of the system of the gas path fault diagnosis is simple, so this method is value to the manufacture, the test run and the maintenance of the aero engine.
