摘要
在分析各种传统维修方式优缺点的基础上,引入了基于状态的维修(Condition Based Maintenance,CBM)中现行的几个技术标准IEEE Std1451、IEEE Std1232和ISO13373—1和CBM开放系统体系结构OSA-CBM的七大组成模块,指出了未来CBM的发展应集中于OSA-CBM的第五、六模块的研究。并针对这两模块给出了一种利用建立数学模型进行设备健康预测及维修决策支持的、可行的研究思路和结构框架。
On the analysis of the strengths and weakness of traditional maintenance types, some technical standards such as IEEE Std 1451, IEEE Std 1232 and ISO 13373-1 are introduced and analyzed the seven different components of Open System Architecture for Condition Based Maintenance (OSA-CBM) in details. The trends that study on CBM would be concentrated on the fifth and sixth modules of OSA-CBM are also provided. The method and framework of building mathematical model to make health assessment and maintenance decision for equipments are also proposed for these two components.
