对废液中各浓度乙醇的回收再利用进行了研究,主要对各浓度乙醇精馏过程中的不同实验条件进行了初探,得出了塔釜加热温度、塔釜液浓度、回流比等实验条件与塔顶产品浓度之间的关系,并用计算机绘制了图表,确定一组最优的实验条件。

Recycling the low density ethanol in waste liquid is researched. Different experimental conditions during the process of rectifying the low density ethanol are exploringed. Through the experiments, the conditions of the experiments such as bottom calefaction voltage, the density of bottom＇s liquid and reflux ratio with the density of tip production＇s relationship are gotten.
