摘要 隐喻将已知概念和未知概念联系起来,使语义的扩展和演变得以实现,而始源域和目标域里概念之间相互交织的联系,又形成了一个纵横交错的语义概念场。隐喻性词汇的教学应该从隐喻性词义生成演变的特点和隐喻词义的认知框架出发,推进学生对隐喻性词义的深加工,从而使隐喻理论在词汇深度教学中获得具体应用。 With the development of cognitive linguistics, the application of cognitive linguistics theory in foreign language teaching or second language classroom is becoming the focus of applied linguistics. Based on the study of the nature of metaphor, the changes of lexical meaning are analyzed in the paper, arguing that metaphor plays an important role in the extension of word meaning, which helps to form an associative network for the metaphorical concept, and also pointed out are the feasibility and detailed ways of teaching metaphorical words in ESL with the theory of metaphor as the guidance.
