近代安徽宗族为了加强对族田收支的管理,对管理人员的资产提出较高要求,把一些族中富人推上管理岗位,同时创设了严格的监管制度和完善的管理程序,使管理者很难有舞弊的机会。舞弊可能存在,并且在战争等特殊情况下会增加,但认为贪污使管公产者致富,是把特除时期的现象放大、夸大通过舞弊致富的可能性和忽视富者管理的历史继承性,混淆了族田收支管理中的常态和非常态。

At the same time ,they make managers have fewer opportunities malpractice by setting the strict rules of supervison and administration and the perfect courses up.Embezzlement perhaps existes and its number will rising in the unusual condition ,such as war .But it obscures nomal administration and unnomral one to say property of the man of welth come from corruption because of elarging the phenomenon in special the time, exaggerating the possibility of rich by irregularity and neglecting the succession of man of weath taking part in administration.
