色胺-N_b-酰胺衍生物的合成及其安定受体活性

The Synthesis of the Prodecessor of β Carboline Tryptamine N b Amide Derivatives and Their Benzodiazepine Receptor Activity

报道了９个色胺－Ｎｂ－酰胺衍生物的合成．体外安定受体竞争结合试验初步结果表明，设计合成的化合物均有一定程度的安定受体亲和力，其中７个化合物的ＩＣ５０都小于Ｎ－（吲哚－３－基草酰基）甘氨酸乙酯．

This paper reports the synthesis of several derivatives of tryptamme N b amide using indole as a starting material.The binding tests in vitro were performed to detect the affinity of these compounds with the benzodiazepine receptor(BZR).The results indicated that most of the designed compounds had specific binding affinity to BZR.So further study is worth perfoming.
