摘要
探测微弱光信号时,为防止目标信号被噪声淹没,探测器的低噪声设计成为关键.选用合适的器件,采用低噪声设计技术,兼顾探测器的可靠性、稳定性考虑,提出了适用于微光探测系统的探测器设计方案.通过建模分析,估算出其电路本底噪声仅为333.09μVrms.结果表明低噪声探测器设计合理、可行,对于类似的微光探测系统中探测器低噪声设计及分析具有一定的借鉴意义.该方案已成功应用于某瞬态微光探测系统中.
In feeble optical detection, it is crucial the design of low-noise detector to prevent signal from noise. In the paper, by choosing the suitable device, using low-noise design techniques and taking into account detector reliability and stability, it is proposed that the low noise design of detector suitable for the feeble optical signal detection system. After established the noise model, the circuit noise is calculated about 333.09μVrms. The analyzing results indicate that the design of low noise detector is workable and reasonable. It is a useful reference to the low-noise design and analyses of the detector of other similar systems. The approach is applied in some transient feeble optical signal detection system successfully.
