低频半波电流中药离子导入治疗颈椎病疗效观察

Effective observation on treatment of cervical spondylopathy with semi-wave low-frequency instrument

目的观察２００Ｈｚ低频半波电疗机治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法通过实验将该电疗机与平稳直流电导药比较，观察导入药量多少药物在体内持续时间长短，并进行痛阈和耐痛阈测定。临床观察颈椎病患者１０５例，随机分两组，Ⅰ组５３例，用２００Ｈｚ低频半波电疗机治疗，Ⅱ组５２例，用平稳直流电治疗比较治疗效果。结果Ⅰ组显效率８４９％，Ⅱ组显效率５０％，比较两组显效率χ２＝９２１，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有非常显著性。结论由此我们认为２００Ｈｚ低频半波电流是理想的药物导入电流，是治疗颈椎病的有效疗法。

Objective In order to observe the effect of semi-wave 200Hz low-frequency instrument on treatment of cervical spondylopathy. Methods In this paper includes two parts.The experiment showed that the excellent result had been obtained by using semiwave 200Hz low-frequency instrument .And 105 cases of cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into two groups.First,53 cases were treated with semi-wave 200Hz low-frequency instrument.Second 52 cases were treated with common low-frequencu instrument. Results The result shows that 84.9% of excellent rate is obtained in the former and 50% in the lutter,there is a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions We consider this therapy is a new and effective method for treatment of cervical spondylopathy.
