摘要
为解决SP31膨胀设备膨胀后叶丝结块问题,分析膨胀后叶丝结块原因,从切丝宽度、烘丝水分、介质浸渍叶丝时间等因素着手试验进行工艺参数优化。结果表明,烘丝水分对膨胀叶丝成型有显著影响,合理的工艺参数选配,得到最佳的工艺参数为切丝宽度1.1mm、烘丝水分(11.0±0.5)%、介质浸渍时间25min,在此条件下,可以解决膨胀叶丝结块问题,且膨胀叶丝各项指标均达标。
To solve agglomeration problem of sp31 expanded equipment and analyze causes of expanded cut tobacco agglomeration, experiments were carried out by optimizing processing parameters, such as width of cutting, moisture content of dried tobacco, and medium dipping time. Results showed that moisture content of dried tobacco exhibited effects on the molding of expanded cut tobacco. The optimal processing parameters to solve agglomeration problem of expanded cut tobacco without impacting each index were 1.1 mm width of cutting, 10.5% to 11.5% moisture content of dried tobacco, and 25min dipping time.
