γ射线与NaN_3复合处理对烟草几种主要农艺性状的诱变效应 被引量:6

摘要 为了高效利用γ射线与NaN3开展烟草饱和突变体库构建和诱变育种工作,研究了2种诱变剂复合处理对烟草几种主要农艺性状的诱变效应及其复合处理的适宜剂量和浓度组合。试验发现:γ射线、NaN3和品种×γ射线对M1代各性状和M2代突变频率都有显著或极显著影响;总的来说,γ射线对M1代各性状的诱变效应都大于NaN3;M1代各性状的损伤效应都随γ射线和NaN3复合处理剂量(浓度)的增加而加大,且复合处理都大于单一处理;复合处理较单一处理可以提高M2代的突变频率;建议烟草γ射线和NaN3复合处理诱变育种的适宜剂量(浓度)组合为:300Gy+3mmol/L。 Mutagenic effects of both single and combined treatments of γ-my and NaN3 on tobacco agronomic characters were studied to make the best use of r-ray and NaN3 to construct saturated mutant library and work on the induced breeding of tobacco. Results showed that γ-my, NAN3, and varieties x γ-my had significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01) impacts on agronomic characters of Mi and mutation frequencies of M2. In general, mutagenic effects ofγ-ray on agronomic characters of M1 were greater than those of NaN3. Biological injuries of agronomic characters of M1 increased with the increasing concertration of γ- ray and NAN3, and the injuries caused by combined treatments were more severe than those by single treatments. Mutation frequencies of M2 by combined treatments were higher than those by single treatment. The most appropriate combination for mutation breeding was 300 Gy γ-ray and 3 mmol/L NAN3.
