摘要
为了更好地控制过盈联接件的质量,从静力平衡、单元体变形几何关系和物理关系三个方面建立评价其质量的配合面间摩擦力的数学模型,得出可通过选配合适的过盈量和压力—位移曲线来保证联接质量。
For the quality control of interference fits, the mathematical model of the frictional force in interference fits was established to evaluate the quality from immobile force balance, geometrical distortion of the cell and physical relation. The result is that its quality is assured by choosing appropriate interference quality and the curves of press ＆ displacement.
