Research and Realization of Post Process for Canned Hole Machining Cycle Based on MasterCAM

结合SINUMERIK 802D数控系统孔加工固定循环的编程特点,讨论基于MasterCAM 9.0的SINUMERIK 802D孔加工固定循环后置处理程序的定制方法,从而提高编程效率和编程可靠性,减少手工处理工作量。

According to the programme characteristic of canned processing cycle in the SINUMERIK 802D CNC system, the method about how to customize post processor of canned processing cycle of SINUMERIK 802D CNC based on MasterCAM is discussed in this paper. So it can improve the efficiency and reliability in programme.
