摘要
设计和计算了一种可转位刀垫的结构,与可转位刀片配合使用,得到多种不同的切削角度,可分别进行粗车、半精车和精车过程,扩大了刀片、刀杆的使用范围,对切削不同材料、不同要求的工件,可以减少刀片的品种,节约刀杆材料和刃磨时间,也简化了刀杆的制造工艺。
The structure of a cutter-pad was designed and calculated. When works with a blade of turning tool, it will obtain a wide variety of cutting angle, and can be carried out turning rough, turning semi-fine and turning fine, so it can extend the usage scope of blade, tool holder and reduce the species of blade, save the material of the tool holder and the Sharpening time, which simplify the manufacturing craft of tool holder.
