摘要
以某汽车的后排座椅背板生产线为研究对象,运用线路图分析的方法对生产线的搬运流程进行了分析,对车间进行了重新布置,结果表明改进后减少了由于生产线不集中和物料回流造成的搬运浪费。
Based on the rear backplane production line of a automobile, the paper analyses material handling of the production line by the road map, and reduces the waste of materials handling which caused by distributed workshop and the returning of material handling by factory layout,
