慢性脑器质性人格改变评定量表信度与效度的检验

The reliability and validity of the personality change rating scale of chronic organic brain syndrome

人格改变是慢性脑器质性综合征的三个主要症状之一，以前对于脑器质性人格改变都是采用描述性的定义，没有量化的评估方法。作者编制脑器质性人格改变的评定量表，通过现场测试，发现该量表的效度和信度较高：灵敏度为９６．８％，特异度为８１．８％，Ｋａｐｐａ值为０．７６。

Objective:To construct a scale for assessing personality changes in patients with chronic organic brain syndrome. Method:43 patients with multi-infarct dementia and Alzheimers Disease (M:F=28:15;mean age:714;mean duration of illness:39 years) were investigated with a self-devised scale.Results were compared to data from clinical observation. Results:The sensitivity of the rating scale was 969% and the specificity was 818%.The pseudo-negative rate and the pseudo-positive rate were 31% and 182% respectively.The Kappa value of the 2 examiners was 076(P<001). Discussion:Personality change is one of the three major symptoms of organic brain syndrome.However,traditional assessment of personality change only used descriptive definition,lacking quantitative evaluation.Our study showed that this scale has satisfactory reliability and validity.It is potentially useful for examining patients with chronic organic brain syndrome clinically.Further studies with larger samples of subjects are recommended.
